These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Request Cards (the “Site”), accessible at www.requestcards.com. By visiting or using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is an informational resource discussing crypto-friendly card products and wallet connectivity patterns. It is provided as-is for educational and general-interest purposes only.
The Site is not a card issuer, bank, exchange, custodian, broker-dealer, money services business, payment processor or financial institution.
2. No financial, legal or tax advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any information presented and for any decisions you make. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
3. Wallet connection
The wallet connection feature on the Site is read-only. The Site does not request signatures, approvals or transactions, does not access your seed phrase or private keys, and does not custody, transmit or convert your funds.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, recovery phrase, and any third-party wallet applications you use. The Site cannot recover lost keys or reverse on-chain operations.
4. Third-party services and links
The Site may reference, integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Reown / WalletConnect, public RPC providers and external websites). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Site is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of any third party.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any related systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to overload the Site or its CDN.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Site beyond what is permitted for ordinary use.
- Use the Site to engage in fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, brand and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Site without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by law.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
Cryptoassets and blockchain networks carry inherent risk, including loss of value, network instability, regulatory uncertainty and irreversibility of transactions. You acknowledge and accept those risks when interacting with any wallet, network or third-party application referenced by the Site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator of the Site be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
